CardioComm Solutions, Inc. Announces Additions to Board of Directors and Management Team

Victoria, B.C., January 29, 2008 – CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (TSX-V: EKG) (“CardioComm” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Dirk Hagge, Ph.D., has been added to the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Hagge is an investment banker in Germany with over twenty-five years of practical and oversight experience in both the domestic German and international commercial and investment banking sectors. Mr. Hagge's appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

In addition, the Company announced that Mr. Etienne Grima, a director of CardioComm, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

The Company also announced that it has closed its previously announced shares for debt transaction. Under the transaction, $63,450 in debt was settled in exchange for the issuance of an aggregate of 211,499 common shares of the Company to three persons.
