Meg Helms Board Member Dr. Meg Helms is Founder and President of Morgan Wallace Associates, LLC, a global strategic healthcare M&A; consulting firm. In this role, she advises companies and private equity firms on strategic L, M&A; matters that usually lead to transactions. Prior to this, in a variety of transaction-based assignments during her 31 year career with Johnson & Johnson (J&J;), Meg successfully closed multiple M&A; transactions with deal values of up to $500 million. Meg holds an MBA from Washington University – St. Louis, and a BA from Rutgers University (Douglas College), New Brunswick, NJ. She is a member of BioNJ, Licensing Executives Society (LES), Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) and Women Business Leaders in Healthcare (WBL).
