Letter from the CEO, September 25, 2012:

Dear Shareholders,
Today Frost & Sullivan issued a press release acknowledging that CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (CardioComm Solutions) is the recipient for their 2012 North American Award for Enabling Technology for Cardiac Monitoring Technology. We are pleased to have been identified by Frost & Sullivan as a company of interest. Further, we are even happier to have beaten the competition to win this award.
Frost & Sullivan began their review earlier this year and researched several market verticals and numerous companies. This market research was performed to provide their own opt in client base of investment organizations and brokers, who pay to have access to current data, information needed to understand where their financial resources may be placed in the up and coming term. In performing their research, CardioComm Solutions was consistently identified as a company of interest with an active role in the telecommunications and cardiac arrhythmia monitoring market, and also as a company associated with disruptive technologies. Specifically, the introduction of an over-the-counter (OTC) heart rhythm monitoring solution that, by using medically credentialed software, can be converted to one that enables a medical diagnosis. Following more of their research, they identified CardioComm Solutions’ software backbone as being a true enabler for connecting physicians with patients, or consumers, who will self monitor for cardiac arrhythmias under a prescriptive protocol, or under elective self monitoring interest.
The net result of the Frost & Sullivan exercise was that CardioComm Solutions was short listed to be in the awards competition. CardioComm Solutions learned of this a few months ago and this month CardioComm Solutions received notice from Frost & Sullivan that we had been granted the 2012 first placement in this competition. Frost & Sullivan will be using the data collected in this due diligence effort for internal purposes for their members who pay a significant amount of money to receive current market insights that may not otherwise be available to a retail investor.
CardioComm Solutions was provided the opportunity to license the independent write up. We have agreed to utilize this otherwise closed audience information to the benefit of our shareholders and those interested in the Company’s future endeavors and will follow with a press release shortly.
Frost & Sullivan is a recognized and respected research company that have been in business for over 50 years, covering many different market segments on an international platform. To have been noticed by Frost & Sullivan in an otherwise extremely well developed and competitive market, is a very good indicator for CardioComm Solutions. To have been identified as the top in our class speaks to the core competencies of our company and our staff.
We are humbly appreciative of receiving this award and promise to our shareholders that this is only the beginning.
Yours very truly,
Etienne Grima
Chief Executive Officer
