We have established the date of this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) as Wednesday, June 27th.  We will hold the AGM in Toronto, Canada, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EDT.

To assist us in choosing an appropriate venue for the AGM we would kindly request your feedback if you, or your proxy, plan to attend the meeting.  Please submit your intentions to attend by no later than Tuesday, May 8th, to investorrelations@cardiocommsolutions.com.
