Letter from the CEO, August 30, 2012:

Dear Shareholders,

I wanted to provide you with an update on the Heart and Stroke Foundation's Atrial Fibrillation screening booth set up at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), and our partnership with them.

We are working with the Heart and Stroke Foundation's staff to complete the program's objective of screening people 65 years of age and over. Initially, all interested people to visit the booth were to be screened, however, in collaboration with academics from the Centre for Innovation in Complex Care, Sunnybrook Hospital and Saint Michael's Hospital, the screening is now part of a research project. With four (4) more events to go, we are looking forward to screening as many eligible people as possible and introducing them to the use of the HeartCheckTM ECG monitor. In addition, we anticipate good validation of both our hardware and ECG software when the results are published.

Yesterday, we were fortunate to have been part of a feature on CTV's Health segment during the 6:00 p.m. evening news, which was organized by the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Dr. Anatoly Langer, Chairman of the Board of CardioComm Solutions, was interviewed at the booth displaying the HeartCheckTM device along with one of our registered cardiology technologists, Kseniya, obtaining ECGs using the HeartCheckTM monitor. To view this segment, please click on the following link and view the video titled, "CTV Toronto: Simple test can show stroke risk", http://www.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=750345&playlistId=1.935553&binId=1.811527

We are truly appreciative of the opportunity to have been a part of this broadcast and to be partnering with the Heart and Stroke Foundation's program to increase awareness of the risk of stroke due to atrial fibrillation. We look forward to the next 4 screening events to take place in Canada. We are also grateful to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada for the opportunity they have provided to us and especially for the television exposure for the HeartCheckTM brand, which speaks to our mutual commitment.

The wheels continue to turn at CardioComm Solutions and with that I wish to acknowledge our excellent staff at both our Toronto, ON and Victoria, BC offices.

We hope you have enjoyed your summer and we look forward to keeping you updated.

Warm regards,

Etienne Grima, CEO
CardioComm Solutions, Inc.
